Specification:

1. Weld-on barrel hinge is a lift off pivot hinge.

2. Features a round barrel body.

3. Made from steel base material and plated with a bright zinc plating.

4. Hinge pin pivots on a ball bearing.

5. Features a “zerc” type grease fitting to keep the bearing lubricated.

6. The hinge pin is fixed in one of the barrels. In the photo to the left the barrel with the fixed hinge pin is    the barrel on top.

7. The “Hinge Gap” is the distance between the post and the gate after the hinge is installed.
